A CASE ABOUT TRACEABILITY

We delivered a greater number of rings to a machine works in Mid-Jutland of Denmark – of which it turns out that one of the rings has an impurity that one first discovers during the complete machining of the workpiece.

All rings are marked with a charge number, so we can easily find the certificate above. After having e-mailed a picture of the ring with the impurity to the manufacturer, they immediately start to forge a replacement ring, which we sent to the end customer as quick as possible.
