Investment castings

Investment castings are mainly used for smaller items in higher quantities, where there is a demand for 100% uniform items (duplicates).

We supply investment castings with a weight from approx. 50 gram and up to approx. 5 kg with tolerances down to +/- 0,125 mm. per 25 mm and surface roughness from 1,6 Ra. We deliver the items unmachined (raw), premachined , finished machined with/without surface treatment – according to customer needs.

We supply investment castings in the following materials and according to DIN or ASME standards:

Present high steel prices makes this casting method very attaractive because of the extremely low tolerances – and thereby extensive savings on the material as well as a minimum of maching.
